Anastasia has done her training in the World Peace Yoga School in India, learning the "Original
Yoga Method". She keeps her practice fluid by continuing studying different types of yoga from
teachers of various traditions, timeframes, and regions.
She recalls her first yoga class being starstruck from the transformative nature of the practice,
realizing that it brought a sense of balance and ease amidst busy Mykonian life.
She strives to make yoga accessible to all, regardless of each personal level of experience,
modifying poses to serve each person's needs.
Melina has always nurtured a deep love for movement and holistic
health. After obtaining a first class honors degree in Psychology, she
traveled around the world before becoming a Vinyasa yoga instructor,
training at Sampoorna Institute, India. Since then she has combined her love of
psychology with her curiosity around spirituality and holistic health. Her
style of practice is unique and comprises of vinyasa flows, animal
movements, breakdance, contemporary dance and functional mobility.
She’s taught and hosted retreats and workshops in Vietnam, Thailand,
Laos, Malaysia, South Africa, Nicaragua, Mexico and Greece.
